Assista with complex Asian herb flavouring without being patroniging.
Makes curries simple. Removes mystification regarding Asian herbs but unfortunately does not seem to have influenced British shopkeepers to stock them. The more people ask for these exotic herbs the more shopkeepers will stock them. I guess if you live in a big city or near a large Asian conurbation it might be easier to obtain. This in no way detracts from the writing of this book which is encouraging. and warm in tone. It is literate and not patronising. Other food authors would od well to emulate this style.Makes curries simple.
