• Suitability of goods for any application is the responsibility of the customer to determine, under no circumstances can we guarantee the suitability of goods for any purpose. Only where stated do goods come with “E” ratings or ‘ECE R65, R10’ Approval.
• In no case shall Britalitez Ltd, (our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors) be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.

• All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us.
• We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
• We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
• Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through eBay. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
• All orders placed via the eBay will be followed with an order acknowledgement email, this email is not an acceptance of your order. Completion of the contract and acceptance of your order is on receipt of delivery. Should there be any pricing error and/or stock level discrepancy, we will contact you to advise and ensure that any price changes are acceptable.
• All goods remain under legal ownership of Britalitez until full and final payment is received. Until such time the customer must keep the goods in original packaging and condition, if goods are sold by the customer before full and final payment proceeds of such shall belong to Britalitez Limited.
• We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
• Orders of which are custom built and/or special orders (non-stock items) for specific customer requirements cannot be cancelled.
• Magnetic fitment products are intended for use on static vehicles only and are not recommended to be used on moving vehicles. To do so is at the sole risk and discretion of the end user. We do not take any responsibility for damages made to the product or third parties due to neglect or incorrect maintenance, fitting, use or storing of any products supplied by us.
ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION
• We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.
• We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or delivery address.
• In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
• You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.
• You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
• Shipping cut-off for orders processed is generally 12pm of the same working day, if items are not in stock at time of order they will be processed and shipped within 72 hours.
• Large items such as solar kits or light bars may, in rare circumstances, take up to 72 hours dispatch time.
• Certain Britax / Ecco branded products may not be stocked items and can incur 1-2 working days lead time prior to us dispatching.
• Orders can be upgraded to a 24 hour service – please note that this is not guaranteed. To guarantee next day delivery please contact us for a quote.
• Britalitez Limited accepts no liability for delays or failure to deliver orders within estimated timescales; although every effort is made to meet these timescales occasionally delays are unavoidable.
• Please ensure that any incorrect goods/shortages are reported to us within 3 working days of delivery, failure to do so means Britalitez Limited cannot accept claims.
RETURNS
• Under the Consumer Contracts Regulation, it is your right to return goods bought via eBay within 14 days for a full refund, should you decide you no longer need or want the goods and they are in a saleable condition with the original packaging and any accessories/instructions.
• If you decide to return your goods for the above reason please contact us via ebay’s message centre, where you will be provided with the returns address (please note this is not always the same as our registered address). The buyer is responsible for return costs and loss/damage, insurance is advised.
• Goods must be returned within 14 days of contacting us and refunds will be processed within 14 days following receipt of returned goods.
• The above still applies to goods returned between 15 and 30 days after delivery, however your refund will be minus the original postage cost, this will apply to items that qualified for free delivery at a minimum charge of £3.50.
• Any defective or faulty items will be refunded in full and return postage covered provided the customer informs us within 30 days of delivery. Any claims made after 30 days will be covered by the relevant warranty period with replacement goods or parts.
• Should you receive the wrong product, return postage will be covered and you will have the option of a full refund provided we are notified within 30 days of delivery. Any claims made after 30 days will be covered by the relevant warranty period with replacement goods or parts.
• Any incomplete returns will not be refunded until remaining parts are returned.
• Any goods deemed to be not in saleable condition i.e. tampered, signs of use, scratched or marked will not be refunded.

Delivery
This website is only for delivery of products to customers in mainland UK addresses. We can deliver to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Islands, or the Republic of Ireland. Contact us for delivery details if in doubt prior to placing an order.
We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. We shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.
Payment
We take payment via Paypal; bank transfer or card. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
The price you pay is the price displayed at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception: a) While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products. All prices are shown in £s sterling and include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are as accurate as possible.
