I Was Told By The Seller That If I Closed The Case They Would Send Me A Replacement Gullet Gauge At Once. They Knew That I Needed It To Know What Size I Would Need For A Youngster Urgently. Apparently They Couldn't Send Me A Replacement Or Even The Tracking Number Until I Had Closed The Case! I Settled For A Refund! We had a replacement on hand to send out, Royal Mail said to allow more time for it to be delivered, the buyer said they opened a case because they were tired of Ebay sending messages about how the item was and to leave feedback. We refunded the customer on the 22nd not Ebay.
