great book,simple but delicious recipes!I bought this book quite simply because I didn,t have a book that told me how to make Pasta sauces and this does it perfectly! A great range of easy to follow recipes that don,t use hard to find ingredients,from basic tomato sauce to a dinner party winner! Take your pick you won,t know which one to try first,it even advises which pasta to use with different sauces.I,m now hoping this inspires my husband to put his apron on (he prefers eating the food to cooking it)but with so many delicious recipes it,s hard to resist!great book,simple but delicious recipes!I bought this book quite simply because I didn,t have a book that told me how to make Pasta sauces and this does it perfectly!
