    nice smooth small pills

    Taking vitamins is a matter of hope and trust. I have no idea if they're doing me any good. I don't feel any different at all, certainly I don't feel worse. Maybe I won't know until the end of my life. But, having said that, these seem to have all the ingredients that you would want in a multivitamin and mineral. They are well packaged and the pills are nice and smooth - easy to swallow.
