By ordering you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agreed to the incorporation of these Terms and Conditions into this transaction. This does not affect your statutory rights a consumer.
 
'Company' means Eco Maxx Limited (registered in England & Wales 11280499) whose registered address is 35 Kensington court, medway road, tunbridge wells, TN1 2FD 'Customer' means the consumer as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. 'Goods' means the products offered by the Company and those chosen by the Customer in this transaction.
 
 
Order
By submitting a completed order in eBay the Customer shall be deemed as placing an order with the Company. The Company shall confirm acceptance of the Customer's Order in writing and will supply the Goods to the Customer in accordance with the Customer's completed order. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply orders but this does not affect the Customer's statutory rights.
 
Information
The Company provides information on the goods and its services in good faith. Errors and omissions on listings may be corrected by the Company. The customer may cancel the order with the Company and obtain a full refund if they have relied upon the error or omission.
 
Cancellation of Orders
The Customer may cancel the order within 10 days of delivery and must provide written details to the Company of the order. All returns shall be sent to the Company’s registered address. This returns policy does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights. Goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. Goods cannot be returned if the tamper-evident seal has been broken. The costs of returning the goods to the Company shall be borne by the Customer unless incorrect or faulty goods have been supplied or an error has been made by the Company.Refunds will be made to the customer’s Paypal account unless otherwise agreed between the customer and the Company. Refunds will only be processed on receipt of returned Goods by the Company.
 
Price and Delivery Charges
The price of the goods will be that indicated at the time of placing the order and will include Value Added Tax at the appropriate rate. VAT receipts will be supplied by the Company on written request. Delivery charges (usually for post and packing) will be as advised at the time of
placing the order. Delivery will normally be made by Royal Mail standard services however the Company reserves the right to use other methods of delivery as it deems appropriate or as agreed with the customer.
 
Dispatch and Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched to the address you have advised us of within the timescale specified in the product listing. Any delivery dates quoted will be approximate and are given in good faith and the Company will not be liable for any reasonable delay however caused. Overseas delivery times will vary and you should allow up to 21 days for delivery. We will advise you if a product is out of stock and will suggest an alternative product if one is available. Delivery charges will be as indicated on the product listing and will be advised at the time of ordering. If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Goods or gives the Company incorrect delivery instructions then the Company may store the Goods until delivery is made and charge the Customer for its reasonable costs re-delivery. The Company shall not owe the Customer any duty of care in this event.
 
Use of Goods
The Goods are sold as food supplements or as oils for external use and are warranted as being fit for this purpose only. Where the Company provides the Customer with information or advice to ensure that the Goods will be safe the Customer agrees to use the Goods in accordance with this information. Other than the Customer's statutory rights the Company shall not be liable for injury or loss suffered by the Customer where the Customer fails to follow the Company's conditions, recommendations or warnings. The Customer should seek medical advice if
they are in any doubt about their health condition and the suitability of the goods in this respect.

    Helps my digestion

    As we age we produce less stomach acid so food takes longer and is more difficult to digest. I've found these digestive enzymes along with some vit C with each meal has really helped so I no longer get acid reflux or sore tummy.

    Insufficient enzymes for full spectrum digestion.

    I have long standing digestive issues with my stomach not producing the Betaine needed for Protein digestion and other digestive enzyme production in my body is not functioning correctly. The Diestive Enzymes Daily from Lindens are well priced and UK produced which is why I tried them. But they contain nothing for vegetable digestion. Alpha Galactosidase needed. They seem to not cover the full range of enzymes needed for an omnivorous diet. I called the helpline to discuss this and the younge man appeared to have little idea of what he was talking about. Shame because I thought I had found the right solution for my digestive issues.

    Great product

    I’ve suffered with digestive issues and progressive food intolerances for a while now and since taking these alongside my usual high strength probiotic, I’ve seen a massive difference in my digestive comfort and general energy and also have been able to reintroduce foods I was previously intolerant to or unable to digest. I take two with each meal at the moment but have high hopes of reducing it down to one in the near future.

    Brilliant product, brilliant price.

    Have suffered intermittent reflux for years, and was taking ranitidine daily, I have always thought it was due to too little acid, but too frightened to take extra acid in case I was wrong. But I decided this was a good product from the reviews, and ordered some. I took a deep breath and took a couple of tablets midway through my main meal, I did have a few days where I was unsure if it was working but now my stomach seems to be better and I have not had to take any acid remedy for well over a week. I have ordered some more as I feel confident these are helping me to get back to good digestion.
