    A great product

    Bought after reading that lavender oil could help with anxiety. I would say that it does help. As with other products it can take time to gain results but I am convinced enough to keep with this product. The brand is good value and I have experienced no unwanted side effects. I have read that similar products 'repeat' to give an unpleasant lavender taste but have had no trouble - just take with water before a snack or meal. Would definitely recommend.

    Had great hopes for these

    I totally love lavender. But I've had terrible reflux since taking these. To the point where I can't sleep due to needing to sit upright in case I vomit.

    Disappointed

    Product of good quality and value for money if it worked. Supposed to aid sleep and relaxation. Didn't work for me. Certainly had lavender oil inside the capsules, had lavender 'burps' for an hour after taking as instructed.

    Thank Goodness for a Good Night's Sleep!

    I have slept badly for many years, and have done all the obvious stuff : regular routine; milky drink; lavender sprinkled on my pillow. I have deliberately worked very hard physically, until exhausted - and still a good night's sleep eluded me. I have now taken one 80mg. capsule of Essential Oil of Lavender each night for 8 nights, and I have slept well for five to six hours each night. This is really good for me. I am so glad I decided to try these capsules - I feel so much better.
