'Company' means Eco Maxx Limited (registered in England & Wales 11280499) whose registered address is 35 Kensington court, medway road, tunbridge wells, TN1 2FD 'Customer' means the consumer as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. 'Goods' means the products offered by the Company and those chosen by the Customer in this transaction.
 
 
Order
By submitting a completed order in eBay the Customer shall be deemed as placing an order with the Company. The Company shall confirm acceptance of the Customer's Order in writing and will supply the Goods to the Customer in accordance with the Customer's completed order. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply orders but this does not affect the Customer's statutory rights.
 
Information
The Company provides information on the goods and its services in good faith. Errors and omissions on listings may be corrected by the Company. The customer may cancel the order with the Company and obtain a full refund if they have relied upon the error or omission.
 
Cancellation of Orders
The Customer may cancel the order within 10 days of delivery and must provide written details to the Company of the order. All returns shall be sent to the Company’s registered address. This returns policy does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights. Goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. Goods cannot be returned if the tamper-evident seal has been broken. The costs of returning the goods to the Company shall be borne by the Customer unless incorrect or faulty goods have been supplied or an error has been made by the Company.Refunds will be made to the customer’s Paypal account unless otherwise agreed between the customer and the Company. Refunds will only be processed on receipt of returned Goods by the Company.
 
Price and Delivery Charges
The price of the goods will be that indicated at the time of placing the order and will include Value Added Tax at the appropriate rate. VAT receipts will be supplied by the Company on written request. Delivery charges (usually for post and packing) will be as advised at the time of
placing the order. Delivery will normally be made by Royal Mail standard services however the Company reserves the right to use other methods of delivery as it deems appropriate or as agreed with the customer.
 
Dispatch and Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched to the address you have advised us of within the timescale specified in the product listing. Any delivery dates quoted will be approximate and are given in good faith and the Company will not be liable for any reasonable delay however caused. Overseas delivery times will vary and you should allow up to 21 days for delivery. We will advise you if a product is out of stock and will suggest an alternative product if one is available. Delivery charges will be as indicated on the product listing and will be advised at the time of ordering. If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Goods or gives the Company incorrect delivery instructions then the Company may store the Goods until delivery is made and charge the Customer for its reasonable costs re-delivery. The Company shall not owe the Customer any duty of care in this event.
 
Use of Goods
The Goods are sold as food supplements or as oils for external use and are warranted as being fit for this purpose only. Where the Company provides the Customer with information or advice to ensure that the Goods will be safe the Customer agrees to use the Goods in accordance with this information. Other than the Customer's statutory rights the Company shall not be liable for injury or loss suffered by the Customer where the Customer fails to follow the Company's conditions, recommendations or warnings. The Customer should seek medical advice if
they are in any doubt about their health condition and the suitability of the goods in this respect.

    Magnesium

    Bought these as recommended by someone to help with restless legs I wasnt very optimistic at first as I had tried the tonic water with quinine in but didn't touch my legs this time....so I bought some of these. Low and behold once they had gotten into my system i take one in morn and one early eve I've had alot of relief and some sleep at night. Very happy with this product

    Excellent Supplement

    These Magnesium tablets are a first rate product which really have helped with my night leg cramps. They are 500 mg which are higher than most shop bought products. My husband has also started taking them now to help him sleep better. They are an excellent price and are delivered in pouches which makes for easier storage. The dispatch time was great. We would highly recommend this product.

    Great product for cramp sufferers!

    Since using Lindens Magnesium Tablets, I no longer have night cramps in the legs. I have suffered on and off since Crampex tablets were discontinued some years ago. I now take Lindens Magnesium tablets daily and have been doing so for a number of months now, so I believe this prevention is the best way forward and would recommend them. The only downside is they are not small, (1 cm wide and half that deep), so you need a big gulp of water to get them down - but I consider this a small penalty to pay for the relief gained. (I guess they could be broken up). They are reasonably priced, too.

    Great Value Mangenesium!

    For the price this magnesium is fantastic, beats all others from what I can currently see and the quality is just fine. It works and is bio-available. Comes in round single tablets loose in a bag, none broken and I find taking 2 or 3 at night if you're deficient will really help! Will purchase again.

    Great value for money, goodbye insomnia and neck and back pain!

    3rd order on these tablets from the same supplier, a friend recommended these to me and I have noticed a significant difference with my insomnia, back aches and fatigue. They do take a few months to take effect but I have been taking for a year now, daily and really recommend. The fact that you receive 90 days supply for a very reasonable price is great and of course you know Lindens are a reputable supplier of medicines.
