    Great product

    Small, easy to swallow, very good value, with a great benefit. I've been taking it after my breakfast. I find it very helpful. It's giving more energy to do my work, even to go to gym. Sure I'm a bit more productive as well. I've have had no side effects.

    Wouldn’t waste your money full stop.

    This was bought as a change to Korean ginseng which I rate better as an all round system tonic. Didn’t buy this as a erection booster wouldn’t notice any difference in that department and this isn’t a capsule it’s a bland tablet I’d stay with a quality Korean ginseng in future . Only said it was quality and value as there was no don’t know option probably a waste of money to be honest.

    Promising scientific results?

    All I'm aware of- from studies and especially in the Asian community; Ginseng is excellent for the nervous system, the brain and "down there"😉. Tbh I don't notice any effects, bad or good? I just take these extra strength tablets because they are simply good for you in general.

    This Works for Me

    I cut these in half and have half mid-morning. I get a lift of energy that lasts until 7pm or so. I like that I get no heavy heartbeat or arrhythmia like with other energy supplements. A bonus is that after a few days I got a lift in mood making me feel more resilient. Recommended A+++
