By ordering you acknowledge that you have read these Terms and Conditions and agreed to the incorporation of these Terms and Conditions into this transaction. This does not affect your statutory rights a consumer.
 
'Company' means Eco Maxx Limited (registered in England & Wales 11280499) whose registered address is 35 Kensington court, medway road, tunbridge wells, TN1 2FD 'Customer' means the consumer as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. 'Goods' means the products offered by the Company and those chosen by the Customer in this transaction.
 
 
Order
By submitting a completed order in eBay the Customer shall be deemed as placing an order with the Company. The Company shall confirm acceptance of the Customer's Order in writing and will supply the Goods to the Customer in accordance with the Customer's completed order. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply orders but this does not affect the Customer's statutory rights.
 
Information
The Company provides information on the goods and its services in good faith. Errors and omissions on listings may be corrected by the Company. The customer may cancel the order with the Company and obtain a full refund if they have relied upon the error or omission.
 
Cancellation of Orders
The Customer may cancel the order within 10 days of delivery and must provide written details to the Company of the order. All returns shall be sent to the Company’s registered address. This returns policy does not affect the Customer’s statutory rights. Goods must be returned in an unused and re-saleable condition. Goods cannot be returned if the tamper-evident seal has been broken. The costs of returning the goods to the Company shall be borne by the Customer unless incorrect or faulty goods have been supplied or an error has been made by the Company.Refunds will be made to the customer’s Paypal account unless otherwise agreed between the customer and the Company. Refunds will only be processed on receipt of returned Goods by the Company.
 
Price and Delivery Charges
The price of the goods will be that indicated at the time of placing the order and will include Value Added Tax at the appropriate rate. VAT receipts will be supplied by the Company on written request. Delivery charges (usually for post and packing) will be as advised at the time of
placing the order. Delivery will normally be made by Royal Mail standard services however the Company reserves the right to use other methods of delivery as it deems appropriate or as agreed with the customer.
 
Dispatch and Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched to the address you have advised us of within the timescale specified in the product listing. Any delivery dates quoted will be approximate and are given in good faith and the Company will not be liable for any reasonable delay however caused. Overseas delivery times will vary and you should allow up to 21 days for delivery. We will advise you if a product is out of stock and will suggest an alternative product if one is available. Delivery charges will be as indicated on the product listing and will be advised at the time of ordering. If the Customer fails to take delivery of the Goods or gives the Company incorrect delivery instructions then the Company may store the Goods until delivery is made and charge the Customer for its reasonable costs re-delivery. The Company shall not owe the Customer any duty of care in this event.
 
Use of Goods
The Goods are sold as food supplements or as oils for external use and are warranted as being fit for this purpose only. Where the Company provides the Customer with information or advice to ensure that the Goods will be safe the Customer agrees to use the Goods in accordance with this information. Other than the Customer's statutory rights the Company shall not be liable for injury or loss suffered by the Customer where the Customer fails to follow the Company's conditions, recommendations or warnings. The Customer should seek medical advice if
they are in any doubt about their health condition and the suitability of the goods in this respect.

    its a really good brand. I use a lot of different vitamins that hey can provide. it's good quality and the prices are some of the best on the market. though one thing at is a bit unfortunate, is the fact that when I buy all the different products I pay the posting price for every product but they send it all in one package (as they should) but when I put all og it together I am paying way to much in posting fees.

    Capsules are large but easy to swallow.

    I haven' been taking these capsules very long and I believe that medicines of any kind can take a while before results are obvious. I am taking them daily with no bad consequentious so I believe in time I will be more able to know their potential. The capsules are quite large but really easy to swallow with a drink of water.

    excellent quality vegetarian flaxseed oil

    It's good to find excellent quality Vegetarian 3-6-9 and not in a big bulky bottle, but in an easy to open pouch. The delivery is very quick and that makes a difference too. The price is competitive, however it's the quality of this flaxseed that makes a difference. If you are looking for vegetarian 3-6-9 I would highly recommend this product.
