Returning product due to changed mind
 
You may return the item unused and in its original condition within 30 days from the purchase date. Please note by original condition we mean the item must be in all of the original packaging and labels must be in good condition so the product can be resold at full price. The product must not be used. We will provide a refund ensuring your product meets our terms and conditions. After 30 days from the purchase date you are no longer eligible for a refund, in the event the item is returned after this time frame you can claim store credit from our website only, this will be for the same value as when purchased.
 
Faulty items
 
If your product develops a fault within 30 days of purchase please contact us and we will provide replacement parts or a full replacement if necessary. By faulty we mean unusable, broken or not as described. After 30 days from the purchase date we have statutory rights to refuse a refund in order to attempt to repair or replace the item.     Lightweight and good looking object.

    This Pressure Cooker does it all for you, it's very easy to use with the settings and every time I've used it whether it be meat, vegetables or any of the other choices the meal has been absolutely perfect, I also have been very surprised that there is no noise once the cooker has reached the pressure, I'm used to the non digital and you had the noise of steam all the way through cooking, you don't know this is un until it beeps to tell you it's ready, a brilliant and good looking item. I am thoroughly delighted and wouldn't want to go back to any other Pressure Cooker now, full marks and totally recommended by this user.

    Good for the price

    I didn’t do my research and purchased this as it was a good price. I wish it had a browning function as the chicken comes out anaemic, and the functions pad at the front is quite cheaply made. Besides that it does what it’s supposed to but I will probably buy a more expensive one in future if I continue to use it.

    Good fast cooking.

    I have now cooked a few dishes in the cooker, the first 2 I added a lot more water than required, by the 3rd attempt, I got excellent results. So I am going to reduce the amount of water in subsequent dishes. The other bonus is it does not leave odour of food cooking in the kitchen.

    Good product but it comes with a temperature sensor fault..

    Simple to operate but comes with an issue with the temperature control sensor. This need to be checked as too many people are having the same problem.
