    Great product for beginners

    Very easy to use and does the job really well. Plenty of staples included and various other picture hanging accessories. Only enough wire though for about 3 or 4 pictures depending on their size. Really helped me get started on building my own frames. Would recommend

    Not enough frame clips?

    Unfortunately I do not take it upon myself to personally judge a product in public, but his one is not what the title says. It says picture framing jointing kit !!!!!!!!!!! You get around 100 frame clips the magnetic post and the frame clamp.!!!!!! Then you get a load of stuff you don't expect like frame/picture hangers,wire. frame rings etc. Not even a mention of where to buy more frame clips. I have Charnwood equipment in my workshop, but this one has let me down this time.

    Framing Kit

    After taking a course on picture framing I was seeking to minimise costs for getting started. This is an excellent piece of equipment allowing you to create great frame joints for minimum costs. One further improvement for the future could be to improve the stiffness of the driving mechanism, this works well but flexes with over-tightening being made of a nylon composite I assume, so I suppose the answer is not to overtighten. Finally I really appreciated all the extras supplied with the product.

    Need to assemble a fame? Why pay more!!

    It does the job well enough for a DIY framer. At the price it is adequate and does the job even though a bit fussier than a pro underpinner. I was a professional framer but sold all my equipment some time ago. I just needed something cheap and effective for my occasional needs. This works for small jobs.

    Good Product..

    .. works well. The corner clamp and v nail punch make good accurate joints providing you have cut good mitres. Hanging bits...hooks etc not really needed.
