      The item was shipped within the handling time. The item was dropped in the mail drop, July 4th was during this time and may have been part of the problem with the shipment. The customer contacted me several times and I responded to the contacts. I did not respond after the last message, which was "That's why you take it to the post office so your customer gets it faster. And doesn't leave a bad review."
