I have used Psyllium husk for 3 decades. This batch is milled far too fine. It almost sets as soon as it enters a glass of water. Swallowing it is like drinking a glass of wallpaper paste. Worse, its laxative effect is far less than the coarse milled variety - in fact it tends to cause major bloating initially. Basically a complete waste of money and I've ordered a batch of coarse milled husk from a different supplier. Sorry, but this version is almost useless.

    It's great.

    It's very helpful for people who have problem about constipation. It also can be used to cook instead of glutinous flour, which will give you less carbohydrates.
