      The items either did not arrive or the received quantities are not the correct quantities orders such as 5 pieces ordered, only 1 arrives or 2 pieces are on order and only 1 of 5. Over and above The courier made me pay the vat and customs for the full declared value which did not arrive in the first place and it is all written on it delivered h see eBay tracking. So it seems like fraud but I am not sure from which side the Seller or EBay international shipping hub.

      For 30 years our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. In each order is our full contact info for questions, concerns, or problems. Customer made no attempt to contact us. Customer made false claim. Ordered 4 items not 5. We meticulously packaged and shipped the order SAME day the order was placed. Customer selected Ebay global shipping program. Customs and shipping is out of our control, it is an EBAY issue once the package reaches to Glendale Heights, Il USA . We have filed compliant.
