    The product itself is good. The merchant, meh… they don’t seem to understand how to correctly set up a product for sale. They enable offers, but when they receive an offer, a reasonable offer, even just a few dollars under the listed price, they reject it. They said it was automatically rejected, but that doesn’t appear to be the case. After selling the product at list price they list it again at a price lower than the offer they just rejected. Terrible experience. Contacting them didn’t help.
