I have applied TWO applications as described and to be honest very disappointed in the results. Black spot lichen still remains on the slabs / patio . It does clean it to a degree but the results are no better than if I had jet / power washed it . I will not , unfortunately be making a repeat purchase

Have tried other products without success so was very sceptical, sprayed it on and brushed it over with stiff brush, left it overnight and then jetwashed the patio. Turned out brilliant, got rid of the majority of black spot and lichen and returned the colour to the sandstone. Would highly recommend.

Worth buying
Jet washing was no longer effective but now the patio looks brand new. There are a couple of paving stones that proved resistant but very pleased with the results.

Does exactly what it says in the tin!
Used this product on Indian sandstone that was looking very dirty with green mould and black spots. Only had to apply one coat with a pressure sprayer and worked the solution into the sandstone. Left it overnight, used a patio pressure washer and the results were amazing. The stones look like they were laid yesterday. Have no hesitation in recommending this product.

Patio and drive Cleaner
I have used this product twice once to clean my sandstone patio and the other time to clean my driveway great result. I found that the best way to use this product is to spray it on in the evening and leave it overnight.

Did the job
Did a very good job at removing black spot and other algae etc. on Indian sandstone patio that had built up over a few years. Easy to apply. Did not damage adjoining lawn. Product does not give much away about it's composition expect 'sodium hypochlorite' is mentioned. I wonder if this is just expensive bleach ?

No scrubbing required, it's easy peasy.
Amazing results left it to work for 4 hours and just washed it away, just make sure you are wearing face mask and gloves it is powerful stuff.
