      Buyer expected item glued together & painted to the image shown (by a top artist). I clearly state near the price, in the items specifics & repeatedly in the description that the item is not painted & needs to be glued together. I also show an image of it in packet ready to be put together. Standard sales image shown, just as you'd see LEGO or Airfix use on their box/packaging/sales pages & people would understand they need to put their aircraft/item together. Buyer did not read or view fully.
