Good for light work rather than carrying heavy tile cutter. Many years back I use to use this type of cutter which used to be total metal and no plastic that's the only thing made me give three star. It would have been better, where the cutting wheel is fitted if that had been metal than plastic. Otherwise its good product and works satisfactory.

Works for soft ceramic tilles
The cutter is able to cut soft ceramic tiles but struggles when trying to cut high quality tiles. The cutter handles are made of hard plastic. If you press hard it hurts your hand. Also the handles are not attached firmly to the metal so they slide out when you pull the blade across the tile
