The dress is not the same color size quality or brand that the seller has on the listing photo. They had a drop shipped from a company that sells the dress for $20. It has ink stains on it. It was delivered almost a plate and the seller just wants to give me $20 off and will not honor the eBay guarantee and give me my money back. At least I didn’t receive a completely empty package like dozens of other other buyers, but this seller needs to be shut down immediately because they are scammers.

The product, a 150mm crystal ball, arrived a) early (a week ahead of the expected date); b) excellently packed to protect it securely; and, c) in beautiful condition. I had asked for a flawless, unblemished, natural quartz, crystal ball. And that is what showed up! It is gorgeous! I am so excited to put it to use! I could not be more pleased. Incredible product, seller, and process.
