SoundFix will happily replace any incorrectly supplied product.
 
SoundFix complies with the EU Distance Selling Directive which, as part of the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, is now an established as part of UK law. If you are contacting us as a consumer (private individual), providing the Product packaging has not been opened, you may cancel a Contract at any time within 7 (seven) working days, beginning on the day after you received the Products. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the Products excluding delivery cost.
 
If we are not notified within 7 days of you receiving the Products the order cannot be cancelled.
 
Return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer and is non-refundable, unless deemed that the product was either damaged on arrival, faulty or incorrect.
