Product is about 1month old and the rope literally broke! I contacted seller and they advised me to glue and melt some type of metal to try and fix it and then cut edges etc… bad customer service! If I wanted to build my own I would’ve never bought this to begin with. They’re hesitant in a resolution for faulty equipment, will not buy again, hard lesson learned cost me $270. 😣
