It may be the fault of the eBay system rather than the seller but after I completed the purchase the projected delivery date came up as three days later than what it said on the product page. I had paid extra for quicker delivery so I wasn't happy about this. I wrote to the seller but it took them a few days to reply. In the end, the product did arrive when I wanted it to and I was satisfied with it (the product).

This mirror is a great replacement and cheaper than if bought from Mazda, ideal.
At first the wrong item was sent, however when contacted that day, the seller was extremely prompt in correcting this, responding quickly and posting the replacement that day, with the correct mirror arriving two days later.
