Miami Vice makes its way to the PSP, with a storyline set just before the events of the 2006 motion picture. Playing as either the man who made pastel tees and five o'clock shadows the rage for fashionable young men in the 1980s, or as his laid back, smooth-talking partner, gamers will guide Sonny Crockett and Ricardo Tubbs through the notorious South Beach underworld, from the bottom up. <br> <br>Multiple missions are available, from chasing after criminals through the city streets of Miami to powering down the coastline, engaged in open boat-to-boat combat. Also available is a two person co-op mode, allowing players to team up via the PSP's wireless capabilities. <br> <br>In order to infiltrate the channels that will lead the duo to the head of the drug cartel, players must first establish an undercover reputation worthy of attention from the criminal powers that be. By engaging in drug deals and using computer espionage, players can raise capital while building their much-needed bad-boy reputation, potentially leading to choice encounters with powerful drug lords that play out through interactive cut-scenes.

Miami Vice is a hit
I like the graphics on this game a lot. The missions are a little easy once you get the hang of the character controls like using objects to protect yourself from enemy fire. In addition the game for hacking weapons and cheats is awesome! It took a few hours to figure out how to play it, but once I got the hang of it I played it even more than the regular missions. It has a retro-arcade feel to it, and is a pleasant surprise as it has nothing to do with the Miami Vice theme. All around a really good game...I like the graphics on this game a lot. Great game if you don't have anything to do, a fair shooting experience.
I've played previous shooter games like Syphon filter and Resistance Retribution and let me tell you that this game is similar in a way but is not as exciting as those ones. Considering the year the graphics are ok, the gameplay is fair, but you cannot control the camera at your own will, basically where the characters look, the camera will move automatically to that direction. I liked the fact that you can upgrade your weapons, confiscate drugs and deal them, buy different clothes and the objectives of missions are interesting. Something that annoyed me very much is the fact that the enemies don't have many voice lines, they are very repetitive: "I'll kill you", "you're going down", "you're gonna die bi#@h"... those are the only lines you'll hear from them, so after the first or second ... Levels are ok, but the game is too short, it only has 12 levels and afterwards there isn't much replay value, so that's something you should think before getting it. I'd recommend getting the Syphon Filter series, or Resistance Retribution instead, but if you're a true fan of the series and movie, give it a shot.

Miami Vice=Excellent Game
I like this game I bought about 3 days ago and it's a pretty good game. I like the fact that it's kind of realistic in the fact that you get to trade drugs with the drug lords in a attempt to infiltrate their system and you get to drive the boat from the movie. I usually don't like shooter games but I like this one. It also gives you the option to play either character and if you have a friend that has the game you can use the psp's wifi capability and play the game together. I think that feature of the game is sweet! It's sort of like playing that Time Crisis Game in the arcade. nice game very addictive
love the reality ,put in crockett,n tubbs shoes.and the soundtrack rocks.if i wanted to get another game i would probly get a similar game.... something with lots of action, allowing u to navigate as the heroe of the game,and the judge of what happens
