Bacdy packed. $350 pair of shoes not put in a shipping box. Turned up wet and smelling. When I let seller know they really wanted me to send back versus any real concern. I contacted them and their attitude was poor given high end shoes and made me feel like I was be accused of lying. Spend your money with others. I sent pictures of the wet box they did not even acknowledge them until I sent again. They seem to think storing expensive shoes in a box is not important. NOT FIT TO SELL SUCH ITEMS

Sorry for the bad experience but truth is not being told. We said several times we would take full responsibility and do the right thing (offering return) but buyers responses were very random and short. It was an fortunate the package got damaged during transit to Switzerland. We sell thousands of items and this is very rare. We just hope that we could fix the problem because things like this do happen, but the buyer were too emotional.
