Great taste, great texture
Great taste and texture! These little spelt flakes are light, delicate and crispy. They're coated with malt and honey which I find very pleasing. Spelt is a variety of wheat which is said to be much kinder on the digestive system than ordinary wheat. I sprinkle these flakes on top of my muesli so that they keep their crunchiness, in contrast to the softer oats in the muesli itself. I've been buying these flakes for a while now and wouldn't be without them.Great taste and texture! These little spelt flakes are light, delicate and crispy.
