The reaction and response of the Seller indicated that it is a fraudulent trading act. He packed the wrong spec 3/2 ways as for the right spec 5/2 ways. when both specs use the same castings but different numbers of drilling ports. When he is found of fraud, he pretends to be innocent. And he shipped the goods out of China to Singapore first and then return back to HongKong when he does not have to spend shipping cost via Singapore. This special logistic arrangement proves cheating intention
