Great socket range
Widest range of 1/4inch sockets out there - I technically only needed 10mm & 14mm, to use with a 1/4inch torque wrench - but for the price of individual sockets, I got this set instead. I have several Bergen tools, and have never had a problem with quality or longevity. OK for the price...
OK for the price, but typical of some lower price tools (I was starting to like the BERGEN brand too!). The wall thickness of the smaller sizes is much too big, meaning they have a large outside diameter, so if the nut/bolt is in a confined space it will not fit. All sockets are the same length, but the smaller sizes are not internally formed to the same length, again limiting their usefulness. Deep sockets are intended for unusual and awkward situations where a 'normal' socket will not fit. These sockets have their limitations too, so hence only 3 stars! OK for the price, but typical of some lower price tools (I was starting to like the BERGEN brand too!). Full range with the added 14mm.
Couldn't find a 1/4" socket set with the range I wanted so compiled my own. This is the full 4-14mm Deep set that is perfect with the 4-14mm Shallow set they do. So many miss out individual sockets and then you find you need it. Add a decent 72T ratchet and the extension bars set and you have a great small socket set.

really good quality ..these arent my first Bergan sockets ...Ive never broken a socket even with a big bar on them ...however if i was to nit pick the 1/4 drive ones at the smaller end like 4 and 5 mill are a bit numpty like thick walled if your not in a tight space there good ..
