Easy, tasty recipes, with less calories.
I have brought all three books now. Easy recipes to follow, sometime alternative options on cooking methods, slow cook pot, or electric pressure cooker. For me, everyday ingredients, I already have a basic, good selection of herbs and spices. A recipe book, which is a joy to use, with tasty, delicious meals, carefully balanced, for weight loss. I already have my favourites recipes. I’m not dieting, but just benefiting from, and enjoying the meals. I have brought all three books now.
