This person is a scammer. Paid for my item right away, but they never shipped it. After contacting the seller, they said they were on vacation and would ship it when they got back. Still nothing. After a couple of weeks, they stopped responding to my messages when I asked for a refund. I eventually had to open a case with eBay to get my refund. eBay ruled in my favor as the seller never provided shipping information. Avoid this seller, it isn't worth the hassle!
