Parcel was shipped / delivered quickly. The wooden panels boards got damaged as delivery driver has left goods outside the property, with no safe place, in torrential rain all day, he did not even tried the neighbour. However with great costumer service, the seller re-sent all the wooden boards thru different carrier aslo suppling a wooden board in plus, in case it gets damaged for a second time. Highly recommend seller. The racks are very good quality at a reasonable price. Thank you!
