    Great game

    Really good game, great for tips on healthy eating and exercising. The challenges that are set are against other virtual players which help to motivate yourself as you try to beat their targets so that you don't get eliminated. Through out the exercises your trainer lets you know how well you are doing. there are different levels of difficulty. There is a weigh in day every week and though out the week it sets you an exercise program so that come to weigh in day you should have lost your target. I would recommend this game to others.
