The service I received was perfect, originally the pcb supplied did not fix the fault. The communication at the time was brilliant as we thought about what the problem might be. I was then offered a replacement board in case it had a fault. I was sent a replacement and the othr was checked showing no fault, this helped us to focus our thoughts on other issues with the boiler. I have now found the issue and all is working saving me the expense of a new boiler, thanks for your support.
