Terrible packing! Arrived in a grey polythene bag, no care or protection at all. I know they are cheap but that's no excuse!

Item arrived. As described. Packaging poor. Just in it's cellophane bag inside a Royal Mail plastic bag. No protection such as bubble wrap used.
Consequently arrived with broken chain and detached back. I do understand that margins must be very tight on something this cheap, but some care needed.
In my case all I was after was the mechanism and that works so not returning it, and for the cost against something so cheap not worth the bother.
