The item I purchased never arrived and this buyer refused to offer a refund or send me a reasonable replacement item. Will definitely not purchase from them again. Such a shame

The purchaser started mailing and complaining within days of postage, I have a video as with all my auctions of the item being posted for just this reason. The item was sent and I am not responsible for items lost in the post. I instructed the buyer to contact eBay about the item not arriving but instead demanded refunds even though no evidence could be provided the item didn't arrive.
