Terms and conditions of the sale
All goods returned must be in original packaging and in re-saleable condition. Returns must be made within 60 days of purchase, returns made after 60 days will not be accepted. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt (not a paypal print off) or they will be refused.
 
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods, we must be notified within 48 hours. Please contact us via the eBay messages and include any relevant images and we will contact you to work out a solution.
 
Oils, lubricants and fluids are non-returnable once purchased.
 
Parts must be checked for compatibility before fitment, please make sure they match the parts you remove. If in doubt do not fit the parts and contact us first if necessary. We will not be liable for any 3rd party labour costs or pay any losses arising therefrom.
 
Buyers must pay return postage costs unless a prior arrangement has been made. Items suspected to be faulty must be returned for testing/inspection before any refund will be considered, we cannot send out any replacement unit the suspected faulty part has been returned to us. Refunds will be made minus ebay fee's and delivery charges.

      always go for varta

      once we topped up charge on battery we fitted it to van and its made a noticeable difference. we always use varta where possible. the last brand x one we had only lasted 2 years compared to 8 with varta.

      long term review . unreliable

      i brought this battery 11 months ago and i gave it a glowing review cos it worked perfectly but 11 months on and it let me down while fishing in the middle of nowhere , i have had it checked out and it is faulty and needs replacing . this battery may be good for petrol engine cars but it doesn't seem to last on a stop start diesel nissan xtrail and because it is brought through ebay its not so easy to get anything done about it so i have brought a new battery from a local dealer , just in case , in my opinion if you have a diesel stop start vehicle dont buy this battery !!!

      Amazing service

      I was a little unsure about buying a battery online and having it delivered by courier but it all went very well. The Varta battery is a quality product, at the best price I could find anywhere, delivered in less than 24 hours !, very well protected for it's journey and it has a 4 year warranty. Based on this experience I would have no reservations about using this company again in the future.

      Skoda agm supply varta

      Bought my car from a dealerships in Glasgow 3 years ago Henry Skoda there was a varta battery installed as it was a start stop model. Which didn’t really work that well and then recently my reversing sensors started to say they where faulty . Now I have another dealership look at car under warranty and said the battery was fine and guess what it wasn’t and even though the battery is covered under warranty it can’t get fixed at the moment because no garage are open. But replaced the battery with an new varta battery and guess what everything works fine the way it should be! Thank you saved my life and with 4 years warranty and every where else charging between £200/£400 pounds for this battery
