  • Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, a recommendation

First time i became lucid, I did like so many others.. fly! The amount of details perceived in the dream world is staggering. And how the brain can replicate sensations you have never felt, and make them logical, amazes me! Like flying, walking through walls, doing magic etc.. Thank you Stephen & Howard for granting me the ability to spend what was earlier 5-8 hours sleeping and 'gone in the blink of an eye', awake and living! I recommend this product to all who are interested! It took me 6 months to get there, but well worth the wait! -Svein Dyrnes, Norway- PS! Once mastered, do someone else a favor and pass the book along!

  • Fascinating

This book is simply fascinating. This book will teach you techniques on how to become a lucid dreamer. Lucid dreams are amazing in itself. Lucid dreams you have control over and therefore can change the outcome of your dream. Having these dreams can also have a positive effect on your waking life as well. Read this book if you ave an interest about your dreams.

  • Scientific yet Inspirational

Amazing book. Very scientific and inspirational. Enjoyed it a lot. This is just what I needed to broaden my knowledge of lucid dreaming and set my targets. I appreciate Stephen LaBerge's objectivity on lucid dreaming; it makes him very credible, and the great thing is that he backs up all his information with scientific evidence. I appreciate this!
