I'll give the seller 5 stars for responding quickly and working with me on the issue. I'll be returning now that I had a chance to see its potential. My advice to the seller is to not place the jewelry (which is high quality) in a zip lock and then place the ziplock in a jewlery box lol. I get why its in a ziplock, but the jewlery will still get shaken up like a maraca during the shipping process lol. Put a small piece of form fitting foam on top of the ziplock.
