When I contacted seller, they told me: 'I would ignore that sticker, they’re not XS'. Forget about a simple, 'Oh dear, not sure what happened, let's try and rectify things, would you like me to send you the Large size that you paid for?' Instead, seller kept trying to get item back but no mention of sending me what I'd paid for. The XS sticker was a labeling mix-up I explained to be transparent, not dismissive. I always aim to be respectful and fair—sorry we couldn’t resolve this more positively.
