    Waste of money

    It has made no difference at all to my weight loss. I am on a healthy diet, and also exercising. This has literally made no difference. Oh and to top it all off since taking these I cannot sleep at night 🙃

    I’ve tried loads of weight loss pills over the years but none compare to these. The main reason I purchased the phentra 50 was to suppress my appetite and they do just that! I’ve noticed a few people on other reviews saying they felt a bit sick when first taking them….if you drink plenty of water as advised you’re fine. I’ve lost 7lb in 2 weeks and if I’m honest I’ve not been overly healthy. I’ve still had a takeaway and drank alcohol at weekends. I would 100% recommend these and I will definitely be buying more
