Product Information

An intriguing drama that uses for its premise the potentially damaging concept of spreading rumors. On a college campus, three friends decide to do a group assignment on the effects of GOSSIP. They choose an unsuspecting couple, who are notorious for being sexually abstinent. Subtly, word leaks out that the boyfriend raped his girlfriend one drunken night after she had passed out. Before they know it, the campus is in a frenzy and the students have to come to terms with their actions, but by that point, it might already be too late.

    Needed for the collection - Wanted for the entertainment.

    Love this movie - haven't seen it for years and it was missing from my Joshua Jackson collection. Watched it when it came in and it was just as good as I remembered. And can we have a moment for this cast? Ridiculous!

    Something to Gossip about…

    Gossip is an intriguing look at the very source, action, effects, and consequences of gossip. Three college students decide to create their very own gossip experiment. While they intend to focus more on the spreading, changing, and growth of the lie, they learn the concept of unexpected consequences. The movie may cause a loss of interest, as it takes a few strange turns in an attempt to disguise certain aspects to take the movie into a mystery-styled theme. The movie goes from a being about three curious college students, to a scheme gone bad, and even into a “who done it.” Overall, the movie will have you thinking more than your average script, but will fail to amaze the studious. While I did start to loose interest towards the end, the finial twist in the movie was an enjoyable ...

    GOSSIP- Great movie

    Watched this movie many times and love it! Huge James Marsden and Kate Hudson fan. Very suspensful. Shows the harsh effects that gossip can have. Marsden and Hudson are great in this movie. Wasn't a huge fan of Joshua Jackson in this movie. Didn't do to much for me. Found Marsden's roommate, Travis, to be pretty useless in the movie. DIdn't have a big role. Overall, a great suspenseful thriller!
