A great product for the money not huge but certainly big enough. Excellent service delivery guys carried the box to the back garden for me and it went together in an hour and a half with no issues whatsoever. All labelled. Very simple to put together. Cushions are about 3 inches thick, which is plenty, I honestly can’t fault this or the service. If you want a sensibly priced patio, I would say this is a good one go for it!

Delivery was very easy to organise, and I was called the day before AND 30 mins before drop off too. Delivery agents were very polite and helpful too.
There was a problem with a couple of the items and replacements were quickly sent out.
The outdoor furniture itself takes a long time to put together as there are so many screws do yourself a favour and use an Allan key bit in a cordless drill, and only tighten the screws after all screws are in the holes.

delivered item is not the one shown on the picture. Cushions are thin and not comfy. Coffee table is not square, but rectangle and narrower. Ok for the discounted price.It was a pain in the ass to assemble this thing. Got 2 of them, spent 3 hours on first one and 1.5 hours on the second.

The bed arrived on time and was well packaged. It is as described in the details but when moving the 2 haves of the base they felt a bit wobbly … a problem that was resolved once they were joined together. The courier was an absolute diamond as I’d paid someone to dismantle my old bed ( old 20’s metal frame ) and although a price was agreed on the phone he refused to take the frame outside unless I paid him extra, so the courier did this for me as I am disabled. 🙏🏼 Mr Singh thank you so much.

The delivery was delayed due to courier issues which meant I spent all day waiting in. The seller swiftly organised an alternative date where it was delivered on time and assembled with the packaging taken away. I’m blown away by the value for money, ok, the mattress could be a higher spec but with a topper on it is very comfortable as it’s also a guest bed.
The seller is genuine and customer service oriented. There is a small damage to the material on one corner but I can live that.
