There was no directions with the remote and i put some good but not new batteries in it and I could not get it to work. I finally decided to go and buy some brand new batteries and it worked. It seems that this remote will require new batteries to pair with the roku. You might want to add that information for anyone that will be buying this remote. It will save them a headache! Larry

I had concerns about delivery based on the seller’s feedback and negative feedback left by other buyers but the seller was in communication with me. My only issue was that when I received notification that the item had been shipped I was given a fake usps tracking number that didn’t exist with usps and the seller told me that items that small don’t receive tracking but they didn’t explain why I was given a usps fake tracking number to begin with.
