I am now happy with the remote. There was no directions with the remote and i put some good but not new batteries in it and I could not get it to work. I finally decided to go and buy some brand new batteries and it worked. It seems that this remote will require new batteries to pair with the roku. You might want to add that information for anyone that will be buying this remote. It will save them a headache!

i received the item as described. once opened, it was a defective extension cord. I contacted the seller and they attempted to send me a mailing label that didn't work on their end. I packaged up the item and sent it back to them. They refunded me the purchase price and the cost of postage i paid for. with the exception of a defective cable, it was a pleasant experience. seller was engaged in the return process.
