This seller tried their best to be unhelpful. I requested a full refund as the wrong item was sent to me. The item was advertised as 30ml. I was sent 15ml. (for your reassurance the listing has been updated and amount halved but price increased, haha!) They argued this and did everything possible to be awkward. I was fed up so decided to submit a return through eBay.
