'Company' means Eco Maxx Limited (registered in England & Wales 11280499) whose registered address is 35 Kensington court, medway road, tunbridge wells, TN1 2FD 'Customer' means the consumer as defined in the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977. 'Goods' means the products offered by the Company and those chosen by the Customer in this transaction.
 
 
Order
By submitting a completed order in eBay the Customer shall be deemed as placing an order with the Company. The Company shall confirm acceptance of the Customer's Order in writing and will supply the Goods to the Customer in accordance with the Customer's completed order. The Company reserves the right to refuse to supply orders but this does not affect the Customer's statutory rights.
 
Information
The Company provides information on the goods and its services in good faith. Errors and omissions on listings may be corrected by the Company. The customer may cancel the order with the Company and obtain a full refund if they have relied upon the error or omission.
 
Cancellation of Orders
The Customer may cancel the order within 10 days of delivery and must provide written details to the Company of the order. All returns shall be sent to the Company’s registered address. Goods cannot be returned if the tamper-evident seal has been broken. Price and Delivery Charges
The price of the goods will be that indicated at the time of placing the order and will include Value Added Tax at the appropriate rate. VAT receipts will be supplied by the Company on written request. Delivery charges (usually for post and packing) will be as advised at the time of
placing the order. Delivery will normally be made by Royal Mail standard services however the Company reserves the right to use other methods of delivery as it deems appropriate or as agreed with the customer.
 
Dispatch and Delivery
Your order will normally be dispatched to the address you have advised us of within the timescale specified in the product listing. Any delivery dates quoted will be approximate and are given in good faith and the Company will not be liable for any reasonable delay however caused. Overseas delivery times will vary and you should allow up to 21 days for delivery. We will advise you if a product is out of stock and will suggest an alternative product if one is available. Other than the Customer's statutory rights the Company shall not be liable for injury or loss suffered by the Customer where the Customer fails to follow the Company's conditions, recommendations or warnings. The Customer should seek medical advice if
they are in any doubt about their health condition and the suitability of the goods in this respect.

    Good All-rounder.

    I am trying this high-strength Korean ginseng for the first time after having it recommended by two friends. I take it as a general pick-me-up. After two weeks, it is beginning to lift me out the post-operative slump I'd fallen into. The mental fog is lifting, and although I still tire easily physically, I find that my quality of sleep has improved to an extent that helps the recovery of strength. I was pleased the tablets are quite small and easy to swallow, as is the pack size for my letterbox!!

    Not the same as before, does nothing!

    This is a shame i use to love these, I will not buy these ever again, the pill size has been visible reduced along with its potency, and i feel absolutely not effect as what i use to feel with the old version of this pill, when you use to put it in your mouth you could taste the strength, i taste virtually nothing now. i will switch to something else! So basically its just a rip off pill now, that does nothing, but has the same packaging.

    Easy to swallow, resealable packet.

    Supplied in a resealable bag which is good, they are a nice size and easy to swallow.I have had these by a friends recommendation so I expect them to be good, as I have only been taking them for about a week I can’t really give an accurate assessment yet, but Lindens are a good brand and other reviews look good, so fingers crossed.

    what can i say packet looks impressive but do thay work not for me the last ones i got did work fine ended up going else were i did try them for 2 weeks and no joy but i will have them tested to see whats in them just to be on the safe side thanks but i will go else were next time .....
