    I don't give a neutral but the vhs arrived a little crush on corner but the vhs is intact not broken the packing is quite low grade in bubble envelope without solid cartboard i just feel lucky here, it's helpful to the delivery people, for sure the vhs would be complete broken, thank you to the deliver.
