    Funny Book But It Helps!!

    This is a weird book but very funny. If you are a young girl and just got your period, ask your mom for this book. It helps you date when you got your period, when is your next, how you felt on days, what foods you where craving. It covers just about everything. It also has stretches to help cramps, reciepes to help food cravings, and so much more. Just make sure you have a place for it (my husband found it and about died when he figured out what it was for!). But if you have trouble keeping track of your periods, this is a easy way to help you keep track and its fun also.

    FANTASTIC PRODUCT! great value for the money!

    I bought this for my niece I used this when I started my period to track. i.e. length, flow and thoughts...it is a great way to keep track of everything!(helpful for a first obgyn visit) There is no product like this!It also advises about cramps and fun this to eat FANTASTIC!
