The tablets are very good, personally I find I have more energy and also getting extra vitamins that I don't always get via food.     Iron without tears.

    Good product. I ws anaemic but can't take the usual iron tablets, as they violently disagree with me. These were easy to take, causing me no problems, and soon resolved my anaemia.
