Paid for this elvive shampoo and conditioner value pack in old packaging and got no value pack and new packaging of the shampoo and conditioner I paid £14.99 for this and if I wanted the new packaging I could have got about 5 bottles of the stuff out the supermarket the new stuff is no good for my hair and they are now ignoring me all I want is a full refund including postage as this is not what I ordered absolute con scammer avoid
